Class Details
Ramsbottom LNWR 'Samson' Class, built 1863-6 (50) and 1873-79 (40), 80 rebuilt by Webb (really replaced) as the 'Waterloo' (or 'Whitworth, or 'Small Jumbo') Class in 1889-96.
Original: Weight 26 tons; Pressure: 120psi (later 150psi); Cyls: 16x20; DW: 6ft 1 .
