33, 35 Stonegate

15th (35) and 17th (33) centuries.

Both timber framed and jettied.

Number 33 (nearest) is the older, though the carved decorated front, including the shop front are of the late 19th century (the date carved in of 1682 is meaningless).

Number 33 is of the early 17th century though, like number 35, the carving on the front is of the late 19th century and the date (1489) is meaningless.
