E&MR 2-4-0 from Cornwall Minerals Railway (CMR) built by Sharp, Stewart as an 0-6-0T and fitted with 4-wheeled tenders when bought by the E&MR, then converted to 2-4-0 for faster passanger running.

Bought for the CMR which failed and was taken over by the GWR who decided to sell off some of the CMR locomotives.
