Class J76

Class Details
Fletcher NER class 124, an 0-6-0WT virsion of the BTP 0-4-4WT.
Weight 44 tons 12; Pressure: 160psi; Cyls: 17x24; DW: 4 ft 9; TE: 16,549 lbs.
DW were 4 ft 6 initially, and some were altered to 4 ft 9.
Side tanks were added by Jul 1904. The small cabs led to complaints of exessive heat on the footplates due to rear end of the engines being a comressed version of the BTPs, resulting in a short cab and bunker with only a small well tank.
