St William's College.

Interior courtyard.

The courtyard today is quite a different site to what it was at the turn of the 20th century when the building was divided up into tenements for the poor. This adaption of the building in the 17th and 18th centuries extensively altered the interior of the structure such that on renovation in the early 20th century the original layout when occupied by the chantry priests could not be determined.
