Built 1700

Since Guy Falkes was born in 1570, he could not have been born in this house not built till 1700. It is likely that he was born round the corner in Stonegate where his parents are thought to have had a house. He was babtised in the neighbouring St. Michael-le-Belfry church on 16 April 1570.
