King's Staith

From Queen's Staith across the river.

Probably first constructed in the mid 14th century and renovated a number of times. When the new Ouse Bridge was built in 1820 King's Staith was also rebuilt. (Ref. 1)

Number 1 King's Staith, the pub, built in the early 17th century and modenised in 1878 and 1973 is timber framed. (ref. 1)
