Holy Trinity church, Goodramgate.
Built between the 13th and 15th centuries though evidence for an earlier church on this site exists, the church has remained relatively untouched since the 18th century except for restoration. The church contains box pews from the 17th and 18th centuries on an uneven floor; a two deck pulpit and a hagioscope (or squint) through which the high alter can be seen from the St. James chapel alter. (Ref 1)
The east windows contain 14th and 15th century glass. (Ref. 7)
