Looking towards Davygate.
Built in 1745-7 across land opened up on the removal of the derelict Davy House.
On the left is Cumberland Row, the first 4 in the current row. The last house in the row (on the corner of Davygate) is new, being built in about 1960.
New Street is pedestrianised.
