Station Road

On the way into town. Straight ahead is Sation Avenue the shortest way to Lendal Bridge and the City. On the left is Staion Rise leading to Leeman Road which in turn leads to the National Railway Museum. On the right andthrough an arch in the Bar Walls is the continuation of Station Avenue leading to Lendal bridge whilst under the same arch and and to the left are steps up to the Bar Walls which go clockwise to North Street postern (Lendal Bridge - the prettiest way) and anticlockwise to Micklegate Bar.
